Formula used in this question is
(Volume 1)(Concentration 1) + (Volume 2)(Concentration 2) / (Volume 1 + Volume 2) = Concentration of Mixture.
Then, Concentration of Mixture = (10 * 0.20 + 30 * 0.30) / (10 + 30)
= (2 + 9) / (40)
